Every Insurer works a little different. When you call us first we will explain the process your insurer uses and help you with any paper work. Over the years we have complied numbers that go straight through to the person handling the auto glass claims. This saves a lot of hold time. We do a three way call with you and the insurer. We get approval before starting any work. We can bill any insurer and have never charged a customer for a covered repair. If you prefer you can call your insurer first and tell them you would like to use Big Johns Auto Glass. We are in all of the databases and are the preferred shop for many.
